Leo is a student with a deep interest in all things science and psychology. He has always been drawn to understanding and helping others. He co-founded and leads the Piedmont Peers Alliance, a school club focused on mental health advocacy, aiming to demystify therapy and enhance accessibility for teens. As part of his responsibilities, he has created extensive content and curriculum around this subject.
A strong public speaker, Leo has given presentations on Mental Health at Piedmont Peers Alliance and Medical topics at PreMed club. He participates in community service, including international building projects and the Red Cross.
Outside of his academic pursuits, Leo enjoys tutoring Math and SAT, lifeguarding, strumming his guitar, performing with his school's acapella group, cooking, and rock climbing.
Our mission is to empower teens to understand mental health, break the stigma surrounding mental health treatment, and foster a supportive community through education, active listening, and peer support.
